Paying for Your Order
To get started, you'll choose how to pay. We've tried to make this as flexible as possible, so you can use PayPal, any major credit card like Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express, a debit card, or even an E-Check directly from your regular bank account.
Getting Your Order Ready
Once your payment goes through, our team jumps into action. We typically need about 3 working days to get your items processed, packed, and handed off to the shipping carrier. We aim to be speedy, but this is the window we usually work within.
While Your Order is in Transit
Because we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers, the journey to your doorstep can vary. On average, you can expect your package to arrive within 7 to 20 working days. A few days after your order leaves our facility, usually within 3 to 7 days, you'll see your tracking number come to life so you can follow along.
Changing Your Mind
We understand that plans can change quickly. If you need to cancel, you have a 12-hour window right after placing your order to do so. After those first 12 hours, things move fast—your order is likely already being processed or has been shipped, and at that point, it's no longer possible to pull it back. We apologize for any trouble this might cause, but our commitment to getting your order out the door quickly means we have to stick to this timeline.
If Something Isn't Right
We genuinely hope you love your order, but if you receive a defective product, an incorrect item, or something that arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it. Don't send anything back just yet. Our customer service team will first review your case, and if it's approved, we'll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. We do need to look into it before any return happens, and we reserve the right to deny a return request. Just a heads-up: if a return is authorized, you'll be responsible for the shipping costs back to us, and the original shipping charges from your order won't be refunded.
Items We Can't Take Back
For hygiene reasons, a few specific items are final sale and can't be returned. This applies to cosmetics, lingerie, and underwear or shapewear. We hope you understand why these need to be an exception.
